Our proven stack economizer consists of the housing and a removeable heat exchanger. The heat exchanger can be changed out without removing the entire economizer, greatly simplifying maintenance. Side panels on the housing are removeable, allowing inspection and cleaning without removing the economizer.
Capacities of this 24×24 economizer are 3000 ACFM at 400 degrees F maximum; 200,000 btu/hour max heat transfer, 5 inch WC max gas side pressure, 75 psi max liquid side pressure at 20 gpm.
Base economizer is carbon steel housing with aluminum fin/copper pipe heat exchanger. Carbon steel housing painted with high-temperature paint. Base price does not include insulation.
